We want you to love every Moonlit Grove item you receive. Due to the handcrafted and sensory nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or general dissatisfaction with scent preferences. However, we are happy to help in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
All products are final sale and non-returnable unless damaged in transit, defective upon use, or sent in error. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference, allergic reactions, or misuse.

Product Replacement Policy
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if you receive:

- a damaged item,
- an incorrect item, or
- an item that appears defective upon opening (e.g., cracked vessel, severe wax shift).
In these cases, we’ll evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Claims made after this window may not be honored.
For concerns related to product performance or defects after use (e.g., poor burn, wick issues, or scent throw problems), please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We understand that candles may not be used immediately, and this extended window allows time for you to experience the product.
To process your claim, we may require:

- Photos or video of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the concern
Moonlit Grove, LLC reserves the right to request a return of the product (or a sample) for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.
Shipping & Returns Responsibility
In cases where a product is deemed damaged, defective, or incorrect, Moonlit Grove will cover the cost of shipping a replacement.
Once an item has been shipped, final delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error on our part.
If we request the return of an item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated. Please pack returns carefully and consider adding insurance and tracking—we are not responsible for lost, broken, or misdirected return shipments.
How to Start a Claim
Please email us at sales@moonlitgrovellc.com with your order number and supporting documentation. We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.

Product Variations
Handmade items may differ slightly from listing photos in color or texture. These variations are not considered defects.
Care Guidelines
Please follow the usage and safety instructions provided with products purchased. Products used improperly or without following instructions are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Eco-Friendly Commitment
Packaging used is recyclable, and our products are crafted using sustainable materials when possible. You may notice different packaging materials when receiving products from us, this is because we re-use packaging from our vendors. We encourage you to reuse or recycle packaging whenever possible.
