At Moonlit Grove, LLC, we’re committed to getting your order to you as safely and swiftly as possible. Below you’ll find helpful information about our shipping practices, what to expect once your order ships, and how we can assist if something goes awry.
Tracking & Courier Communication
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We kindly ask that you monitor the delivery progress using the courier’s website (UPS, USPS, etc.).
Please note: our insight into your package’s whereabouts is the same as yours after it has left our facility. If any delays or issues arise during transit, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier for the most accurate updates.
When to Contact Us About Shipping
We’re happy to assist with shipping concerns that meet the following conditions:

- Your order has not shipped within the indicated processing timeframe.

- Our processing time is based on business days, which start the day after your order is placed.
- Our most current processing window is always displayed in the website header for your reference.

- Your order shipped with an incorrect address.

- If you notice a mistake, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist before the order ships.

- Your order has not shipped within the indicated processing timeframe.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to fulfill orders promptly, we are not responsible for courier delays once a package is in transit.
This is especially important during peak times such as holidays or inclement weather conditions.
Missing Packages
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement. We recommend checking with neighbors, your local courier branch, or household members who may have accepted the package.
If your package is lost in transit (i.e., not marked delivered), please allow up to 15 business days (or longer, depending on courier guidelines) before contacting us for a resolution. At that point, we’ll gladly explore a refund or replacement if eligible.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an address error results in a returned or undeliverable package:

- We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
- Re-shipment fees must be paid before we can resend your order.
- If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, we’ll cancel the order and refund the product cost minus the original shipping fee.
Transit Time Estimates
Transit times vary by location and courier. Please see the ground delivery maps below for estimated shipping timeframes via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and USPS Ground Advantage.
Shipping times are estimated and reflect our standard journey from the Grove to your space. We do not currently offer expedited shipping, so please allow extra time if your order needs to arrive by a specific date.

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS’s services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. For current delivery schedules, service availability and information, and adscription of the UPS service Guarantee, see the UPS Rate and Service Guide. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.
FedEx NOTE:
The FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery Service Maps and charts are a general representation of transit. For more accurate transit quotes visit Shipping Rates and Delivery Times on fedex.com. Please Note: Packages picked up from a residence may have one additional transit day. For faster returns please drop off at a staffed FedEx location.

- In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations. For specific transit time information from one ZIP/Postal code to another, please go to Get Rates & Transit Times under the Ship tab on fedex.com.
- FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.
